Deluxe downtown Dallas residential project is ramping up sales efforts. Developer Hall Group has hired Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty to help with sales of its 28-story Hall Arts Residences building in the downtown Arts District. The luxury residential tower is set to open early next year on Flora Street across from the Meyerson Symphony Center.
