DALLAS, TEXAS — September 26, 2024 – Hall Group announced today that Mark Klipsch has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the company. He will also be involved with Hall’s commercial real estate lending arm, Hall Structured Finance (HSF), and will serve on its loan committee. Klipsch’s professional background includes significant experience in the capital markets, investment and finance industries, with over two decades of specialized knowledge across these fields.
As a member of Hall Group’s leadership team, Klipsch will serve as the strategic lead for capital markets, deal originations and analysis, and will provide oversight to the accounting department. “With the hiring of Mark Klipsch as Chief Financial Officer and the recent hiring of Ben Brewer as Chief Operating Officer, our goal has been to strengthen our C-suite team for both current growth and future succession,” said Hall Group founder and chairman, Craig Hall.

Prior to joining Hall Group, Klipsch spent 12 years at A10 Capital, a commercial real estate lender, working as the CFO and President – Capital Markets. During this time, he was responsible for debt and equity capital raising, capital markets activities, and the finance and reporting functions.

He is a CFA Charterholder and was a certified public accountant (CPA) as well as a holder of Series 7 / 63/ 79 licenses.
