The Hall Arts Hotel, the newest hotel to arrive in the Dallas Arts District, is set to open in December. Created by Kathryn and Craig Hall, founders of the developer Hall Group, the 11-story luxury hotel will feature 183 contemporary guest rooms, 19 suites, a rooftop pool, a luxury fitness center, and 6,000-square-feet of meeting space.
