Developer Hall Group plans to kick off construction soon on a mixed-use project that will include an office high-rise on Warren Parkway just west of the tollway. The developer’s surrounding Hall Park is Frisco’s largest employment center, with more than 2.5 million square feet of offices housing almost 10,000 workers.
