HSF is seeking to hire an individual with 2 to 10 years of relevant real estate and/or construction experience to help achieve its business goals. The position will be heavily weighted toward supporting closing loans, and making sure loans are in compliance. Candidates need to excel in being detail oriented in reviewing documents and multi-tasking with little supervision.
Job duties / Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will work side by side with HSF Compliance Officers throughout the loan due diligence, closing and servicing process.
- Specific duties will include
- Assist in reviewing equity and background checks on Borrowers
- Update due diligence spreadsheet
- Keeping track of Subcontractor notices
- Paying invoices as necessary
- File and organize items as needed
- Scan/track insurance COI’s to our agent
- Work with Box
- Assisting closing coordinators with closing loans Job
Location: Downtown Dallas, Texas
Education and/or Experience: Commercial real estate and construction background. Undergraduate degree in construction, real estate, finance or accounting a plus but not a requirement.
Competency: Ability to balance varied projects and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Successful candidate will need to be proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point applications.

SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER
The Hall Group, a 50-plus year-old company, located in downtown Dallas, whose primary business activities include real estate development, ownership, and management and leasing, commercial real estate lending, vineyards and wineries, and private equity and venture capital is seeking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities / Opportunity – Responsibilities to include a wide range of accounting and financial reporting and analysis functions related to the company’s business activities and those of its affiliated entities. Responsibilities to include accounting, financial analysis, and reporting responsibility of specific business segments. This position has exposure to senior and executive management and the opportunity for advancement.
Requirements – We are seeking candidates with 5 or more years of relevant experience in accounting, with a CPA certification. The successful candidate should have the following qualifications: self-starter, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, advanced Excel skills, good communication skills and experience working with the business owners. This position reports directly to the company Controller.
