MARK KLIPSCH

Mr. Klipsch serves as the Chief Financial Officer at HALL Group, where he leads the company’s capital markets strategy, oversees deal originations and analysis, and provides guidance to the accounting department. With over 30 years of experience in capital markets, investments and finance, he has expertise across a wide range of functions, including sourcing and structuring debt and equity capital fundings, building and managing capital markets and finance teams, and leading strategic initiatives. 

Before joining HALL Group, Mr. Klipsch was the CFO and President – Capital Markets at A10 Capital, a commercial real estate lender where he was responsible for debt and equity capital raising, capital markets activities, and the finance and reporting functions. Prior to A10, he held the position of managing director and portfolio manager at Whitecap Advisors, a credit hedge fund. At Whitecap, he was a member of the investment committee and played a key role in managing the company’s asset-backed investment program.

Mr. Klipsch holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University. In addition to his academic achievements, he is an active CFA Charterholder and was a certified public accountant (CPA) and holder of Series 7 / 63 / 79 licenses.
