ELLIOT DEWLEN

As Senior Development Manager for HALL Group, Elliot Dewlen manages the design, construction and costs for new ground-up development projects from concept to completion. He is currently focused on the new development at HALL Park in Frisco, Texas.

Prior to joining HALL Group, Mr. Dewlen worked on large-scale commercial projects for McCarthy Building Companies. He later moved to Florida and served as Senior Project Manager for Romair, where he was responsible for executing the development and construction of all commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects.

A Texas native, Mr. Dewlen graduated from Georgetown University with a master’s degree in real estate development. Prior to that, he earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Louisiana State University. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he was a member of the LSU Swimming & Diving team.
