Groundbreaking next week for Frisco’s tallest office building

Developer Craig Hall will break ground next week on what will be Frisco’s tallest office tower — and his 17th building in the Hall Park on the Dallas North Tollway.

Hall’s 162-acre office campus — which contains more than 2 million square feet of buildings that house about 180 companies — is more than 95 percent leased.

The new office high-rise is being built at the southwest corner of Warren Parkway and the tollway, just south of the Dallas Cowboys’ new Star development.

Hall’s building at 3201 Dallas Parkway will open in 2018 and will contain 300,000 square feet.

The tower is the largest of a handful of new office developments on the way in Frisco. Architect HKS designed the project.

Formal construction starts on the project on Sept. 26.

The tallest building of any kind so far in Frisco is the 16-story Omni Hotel being built as part of the Dallas Cowboys’ Star development on Warren Parkway. The 300-room hotel opens next summer.
