HALL Park Announces Chobani as Tenant in New Office Building

HALL Group announced today that Chobani, LLC, a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, has signed a lease for 28,674 RSF of office space in HALL Park’s new office building. The Tower at HALL Park is a 16-story, state-of-the-art office destination located in the heart of Frisco, Texas, a rapidly growing hub for corporate relocations and expansions.

The lease marks Chobani’s relocation of its Plano office to Frisco, where the company will create a larger presence to serve as a dynamic workplace and customer experience center.

Chobani plans to move into the space in summer 2025. Designed with today’s workforce in mind, The Tower offers amenities including two terraces on every floor, a fitness center, private corporate lounge, and a large outdoor hospitality deck. The building also provides seamless access to the adjacent HALL Park Hotel -Marriott Autograph Collection, with amenities including over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a chef driven Italian restaurant and lounge, and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space.

The Tower is a part of the first phase of HALL Park’s $7 billion masterplan, which is transforming the 162-acre campus into a mixed-use community. The redevelopment includes a mix of residential, retail, and hospitality spaces, as well as a 5.7-acre community programmed park, Kaleidoscope Park. The Tower tenants will have direct access to the park as well as its weekly activations including arts and culture events and wellness programs.
