KRYSTLE PEÑA

Ms. Peña serves as the Human Resources Manager for HALL Group. She has over seven years of experience in structuring, developing, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ms. Peña is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR support for all of the company’s Texas employees, and she also spearheads the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program.

Ms. Peña was most recently the Human Resources Business Partner at Deluxe Corporation. Prior to Deluxe, she was an HR Generalist for Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco, Texas. Ms. Peña relocated to Dallas from New York, where she served in human resources roles at both Sanctuary for Families and Macy’s Inc.

Ms. Peña holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson & Wales University in Hospitality and is bilingual in Spanish.
