ELLEN MARSAU BURGER
Ellen Marsau Burger serves as Chief of Staff at HALL Group and works closely on behalf Founder and Chairman Craig Hall. Most recently, Mrs.Burger led all public relations efforts for HALL Group as the company’s Director of Communications, where she managed all internal and external communications for the company and its Dallas-based brands, including media relations efforts, strategic partnerships, copywriting, executive profiling and speechwriting, key messaging and annual planning.
Prior to joining HALL Group, Mrs. Burger held the position of public relations specialist for several years at Jackson Spalding, an award-winning integrated marketing communications agency serving national and international clients. An Atlanta native, Mrs. Burger began her career at Jackson Spalding’s Athens, Georgia office, later transitioning to the company’s office in Dallas. Clients she has represented include Delta Airlines, Mattress Firm, Cousins Properties, Primrose Schools, the University of Georgia and Fortis Property Group, among others.
Mrs. Burger is also involved in several local nonprofit organizations, including the Dallas Contemporary “Contemporaries,” Genesis Women’s Shelter Young Leaders and the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. She also previously served as president elect on the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Young Professionals board. A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Mrs. Burger holds a BA in Public Relations and Minor in Art History. In her free time, you can find her chasing after her active toddler and golden retriever.
