Downtown Dallas condo tower makes marketing push with finish set for early 2020

deluxe downtown Dallas residential project is ramping up sales efforts. Developer Hall Group has hired Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty to help with sales of its 28-story Hall Arts Residences building in the downtown Arts District. The luxury residential tower is set to open early next year on Flora Street across from the Meyerson Symphony Center.
